ASK :Hi I have one of your cigarette mini DV spy cameras in pink. I can’t seem to get it to work 
I charge it up (my computer doesn’t see it) I press the button for 9secs and the red light comes on – then nothing else happens. I’ve tried pressing the button again, holding it down again, but the red light stays on until you press the RESET button. What is going wrong pls?
